So close

So I actually started a series of what was going to be long blog posts, but office work called.
I will get a bunch of stuff up here this week. In the meantime, I'm heading over to CCSU's first home baseball game in about 3 years Wed. afternoon. Can't wait to see the new place

  1. Matt, I hope your planning to be at the NEC Championship game tonight at Quinnipiac. It’s a treat that’s it being played close by. My bet is Quinnipiac will be going to the dance bringing Coach Moore a step closer in his goal of getting a head coaching job in a big program. It’s kind of ironic that in a year that Quinnipiac may make it into the NCAA tournament UCONN doesn’t. It’s probably not a coincidence that this is the first year UCONN played without any players Moore recruited and the first year all of the players at Q were picked by Moore. He is indeed a great recruiter and tonight we will get another look to see how good of a coach he is. Nice job reporting this season but a lot of your reports read like they come straight from the CCSU public relations dept. Are you on the CCSU payroll or do you feel you need to suck up Howie to get your job done? Good journalism includes reporting the good and bad and there sure is a lot of bad associated with the men’s basketball program that’s going unreported by the Hearld. This subscriber would like to see a better balance for my money.
